In my heart
Ever since that day
Bear love
Talking in every way
I miss you
I need you
Take me away,
Love me,
Against All Odds
Against the current of the Ocean!
Fly away with me
Together, the northen winds and us!
The hills will watch us
The sunlight will envy our love
We don't have to let it go...
So the odds are against us,
So we might not have the best of times
The God's are on our side
Let me into your heart,
Let me into your soul
Into your life...
You might not be able to ask
The same of me
Because, dare I say it
You're already there!
On That Porch <3
Once again I sit on that porch
Empty Handed and tear-filled
I used to dream of the days
When you'd walk down the path
Gardenias in hand...unspoken love
I reminisce on the days when...
When you were honest with me
Days where you loved me
I smile and laugh at the memories!
Remember when we jumped,
Into Darla's pool fully clothed?
Remember when we flew,
Across the sky on a plane?
We ran from the world.
You promised me forever...
Once again I sit on that porch
Then you walk down the path
Tulips in hand...my favorite flower
I don't have to reminisce,
They may not know it,
We may not have forever,
But we have right now...
Sitting on this porch!
